Wishing you courage

"Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying 'I will try again tomorrow'."

The woman at the cafe counter was very kind to me today and called me "Sweetie".  Was this inspired by a recent customer service pep-talk, something joyful in her life, or a compassionate reaction to my face that is blotchy and red from weeping through a therapy session?  After 3 years of productive therapy how is there still anything to cry about?

Well, I have no answers for you, but I am glad to hear that you were treated with kindness. Thinking of you and hoping you felt better after all those tears. xx

There will always be something to cry about. We are alive and our child/children are not. Those tears never go away. It's always sad we just have to learn to handle it better the more time goes on... (((hugs)))

Hugs. Just when i think there couldn't possibly be any more tears, anymore processing, i kept whacked in the head with Christmas. I think it will always be so.

Sending more hugs,
xx

What you have been through is not something that disappears or goes away. It gets better. It gets more tolerable. But, it never goes away. Sometimes a good cry is exactly what you need. {{{Hugs}}}

The road is long and the work is hard, but there are friends along the way. Hugs.
